We want you to be able to enjoy the products you buy from us, and we take the utmost care to check all toys before sending them off to you, but sometimes products get damaged in transit. If this happened to you, please return the toy to us, unused and in it's original packaging within 7 days.

Please notify us by email within 48 hours.

Because our toys are designed for learning and play, we encourage you to shop thoughtfully. Please double check age appropriateness, descriptions and dimensions to make sure it is the right fit for you or your child. Also feel free to ask a question on info@metatopisi.co.za if you would like more information before making a choice. We will consider exchanges, but please consider shipping costs as all shipping costs for the old and new item will be for you own cost; and that's no fun.

We do have a few non-returnable items to take note of:

• Opened puzzles, craft kits and activity sets

• Books and flashcards

• Items damaged due to incorrect use

• Toys that have already been played with
